Submit a Support Ticket


Please use the Customer Care Icon found on the right to submit a ticket. Remember to have an email address ready and to make note of the Ticket number for future reference. This number will be given to you when you complete the submission of your Ticket.

If you have already submitted a Ticket and would like to review it, simply type your Ticket number in the designated box and click on 'submit.'

If you have lost your Ticket number, use your email address to have the Ticket re-sent to your email box.

Online Ticket System


Using the Online Ticket System is the preferable method of reporting an issue because it quickly meets your needs by placing your issue at the top of our priority list. The issue is sent directly to our technical engineers, who work efficiently to resolve it. After submitting a Ticket, you will receive a CC Number that you can use as a reference. You can use the Ticket number to find the latest update on your issue. Once an an engineer has reviewed the issue, you will receive an email response to your Ticket. If you happen to lose the Ticket number, another Ticket will be emailed to you at a valid email address.
