The issue is sent directly to our technical engineers, who work efficiently to resolve it. After submitting a Ticket, you will receive a CC Number that you can use as a reference. You can use the Ticket number to find the latest update on your issue. Once an an engineer has reviewed the issue, you will receive an email response to your Ticket. If you happen to lose the Ticket number, another Ticket will be emailed to you at a valid email address.
