Position: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Full Time (Mondays - Fridays from 9:00am - 5:30pm)
Duration: Permanent
Expected Contributions:
We have an immediate opening in our Vancouver office for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing technical and inside
sales support.
The successful candidate must have strong customer service skills, work well under pressure, be able to multi-task efficiently, and be willing and eager to learn. Moreover, great discretion is required at all times as the position is highly visible and service oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients
- Filing and data entry
- Handling customer through phone calls, e-mails, live chats
- Responding and prioritizing multiple requests from clients and other team members.
- Following up with clients
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to clients
- Ensuring day-to-day office operations are well organized and planned
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education.
- 0 - 2 years prior customer service / office experience.
- Excellent level of computer literacy (Excel, Word, E-mail (Outlook/Outlook Express)).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work individually and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Self motivated.
- Willing to take on increasing responsibilities.
- Knowledge of the Asia Pacific market is an asset.
