Online Ticket System:



The preferred method of reporting an issue is to use the Online Ticket System. The Online Ticket System is dedicated to meet your needs by placing your issue at the top of our priority list. These issues are sent directly to our technical engineers who work quickly to resolve your issues. After submitting a ticket you will receive a CC Number that you can use as a reference. You can use the Ticket number to find the latest update on your issue. You will also receive an email response to your ticket once an engineer has reviewed your issue. If you happen to lose the ticket number, a valid e-mail address is all that is needed to have the ticket e-mailed to you.

Call Centre:



If you prefer to speak to a live person, please contact our office at 604-435-7922 or 1-888-582-5-TAKEON. During business hours on Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm), our receptionist will direct your call to a Service Technician. Outside of these hours, your call will be sent to our call centre. Our friendly representatives are available year round 24 hours a day. They will document your issue for you.
